Great Solid Faucet

My old faucet was leaking. Not bad, but I'm OCD. I had replaced the cartridge a year ago. Anyway I didn't want an overhead retractable faucet, probably break it in a minute. Just a simple basic faucet. My son-in-law offered to install it for me. He watched the video. Once we got the old one out, the new Moen went in nicely. Very good looking product

My previous faucet was old and was not working well. Finally after using the spray, something locked it in the spray, and I couldn’t get any water out of the spigot! New one is working great and looks great.

I bought a new faucet to replace my old one only to find out I bought the same one, not disappointed that I did, I like the quality of Moen. The reason I had to replace it was the faucet was hard to move from one sink to the other and I took it apart 5 times to clean and lube and it would only last a day then back to the stiffness and turning the base plate.

Very clean and shiny look.

The price was very good and it eliminated the water leak I had around the base of the faucet, which was the reason for a new replacement.

Replacing my kitchen faucet was easy with the 87604SRS and it looks very nice. My only concern is the plastic thread holding the main faucet down. Wish it was metal instead. Would have paid more for that.

This set with the matching chrome sprayer looks so nice. We had to replace a leaking kitchen faucet. We had a white plastic sprayer and decided to replace everything. It looks so much better and I love the integrated handle on the sprayer. Great design.

The plate keeps moving

I bought this product last year . The plate keeps moving back and forth and the faucet very hard to turn . There is nothing underneath on the plate to screw the plate down in the other two holes on the sink . We called the company going to replace the item but it still not going to work .

The installation was straight-forward and fairly well described, although I'd recommend 2 improvements: (1) revise the order of operations to allow as much assembly as possible to be performed above the countertop; (2) improve the sprayer hookup description to eliminate the "up" and "down" descriptors - since they're not meaningful in the installed context - but rather improve the illustration and emphasize that it only snaps into place one way, i.e.,...

This faucet works well, no issues so far during normal use. It was very easy to install. The faucet is less complicated and has fewer components than the faucet it replaced (a Moen from last century). I recommend it!
