My husband only bought Moen faucets over the years. The last one I had installed a couple of years ago and was a different brand. Nothing but trouble! I had my son-in-law put in a Moen recently. Total ease of use.

Easy Install with one issue

I just installed my new faucet. It works great. Was easy straight forward install. The only issue is it doesn't look as good due to having to put silicone around the base because both ends stick up instead of sitting flush. Sure wish they added threads to each end hole also so it would have pulled down and sit flush. Still Recomend for Functionality and ease of installation.

I've always heard great things about Moen, so when it was time to replace our kitchen sink faucet a few years ago, I tried this one. The installation went ok, and it's held up fine. My only issue is it doesn't come with a gasket to properly fasten it to the sink. Since the unit is held down by a single mounting nut, it only gets tight in the middle. Since my sink has a slight bow to it, I could never get it tightened down. This means I always had a gap on the ends and it looked very sloppy. In a...

Twisted Sidespray Hose

Overall, a good product. The flexible hose for the side spray has severe shape memory from being coiled in the original packaging. This causes it to twist under the sink when the sprayer is returned to the stowed/ready position. The twisting hose wraps around the waste line that connects to the disposal so that the hose cannot extend freely the next time the spray is used. This must be untangled from under the sink. A more flexible hose without the coiled shape memory would eliminate this.
