3 year shelf life

I was so disappointed when this sink started malfunctioning after 3 years. The sprayer will not release itself, and soaks me each time I use it. Regretting this purchase, and also had to by the handyman to install. A sink shouldn't be this unrealiable.

It works so nice and smooth, easily shuts off and changes temperature.

Very easy install.

The new faucet install went a lot quicker than the effort necessary to remove the 35 year old one. The spray connection was different but was very simple even with the faucet installed. No leaks anywhere.

I really liked the quicker Install time

We bought this Moen Kitchen faucet to replace a faucet that we have had for a number of years. I loved the looks of the non-Moen faucet and this Moen was a close match. I dreaded having to install another faucet on my back inside the sink cabinet. This Moen faucet was advertised on the box that the install time should be 40% less than normal. One small issue. overall good.

Installed per instructions and all went well. Especially like the preinstalled braded hoses. After install was finished, I noticed a small drip on the hose for the hand sprayer. While looking for a leak I checked the assembly point at the hand sprayer to faucet and was able to push the hose in approximately another 1/16" after the click in point. I have not seen the drip again after three days of normal use.

The installation was very easy took about 1/2 hour including removing old unit. The instructions are illustrated as well as written. The faucet is well made and of good quality.

Old Moen faucet installation was back in 2009, Moen sent a repair kit a long time ago but, due to the water quality it was time to replace

Just installed my new kitchen faucet. Installation was easy and faucet works great.

Needs improvement

The faucet works fine and looks nice. However, it should have 2 mounting points instead of only one. It gives too much. It won't seal the water out as well as it would if there were 2 mounting points.
