Trio Max Portable Monitor really shines!

This product was purchased for my use when working remotely. Having a least two screens has become more of a necessity than a luxury. Superb monitor for the laptop

The second monitor has been a great help in terms of having a small monitor side by side but without having to set up a bulky LCD monitor. The unit comes with 12 round steel plates that can be set up on multiple devices so you're not stuck with the monitor on one laptop as it attaches via magnet. A bit misleading

The name and photos imply it is a triple screen, but you have to purchase 2 “trio’s” to get the triple screen. I was a bit disappointed that I didn’t realize that before hand, but that said, it attached easily and the screen clarity is good.

Attaches to laptop screen.

It took a moment to figure out how it attaches to the laptop but once I figured it out it’s really cool. Color and picture looks good.

I like it but the holding systems sucks

So, I wanted to return it, but I really like it, the price is fine, the image is fine, it has a big frame padding that is the only thing I don't like, but that is only a personal preference. I want to warn you that you cannot take your computer and move it without the screen feels off if you forget, you will damage the screening period. This is a big issue. Also, it is not easy to put back in position. So, if you want to buy, do it at your own risk

I like this monitor a lot!

This has clear quality, is easy and convenient to use. My only complaint is that it powers off sometimes which makes it difficult to use during online meetings. I was hoping to keep my meeting on it while I worked on my laptop but I don't trust it to stay on. I think it may be in the connector cord that goes to the lap top. There is an adaptor that turns it from the little plug to a regular USB and it doesn't fit perfectly so if there is a jostle to the computer it flips the monitor off. I think...

AWFUL! Designed terribly! Confusing Insturctions!

This product is as cheaply made and confusing as they come. First off, the box has 3 different sets of instructions and neither of them make it clear on how to complete the installation. Second, the monitor housing is very cheaply made. Third, the magnets they include to attach the monitor to your computer are so weak that they just slide right off every time you try and pull the extra monitor out. To make matters worse, once the monitor is attached, the weight of it just pulls your screen back ...

Cord is broken that attaches to the monitor and the laptop after 3 months of use.

I purchased this item hoping it would last me a long time. It's been 3 months of using this product and after a couple uses, the cord that plugs into laptop got stuck in my laptop port and broke off. This is close to a 400 dollar product and didn't even last me 6 months. I would not recommend!

I wished I had purchase this product years ago. Great accessory to have when traveling or being mobile from office to conference room. Easy to install and is very light

Perfect to speed your work flow

I love it! It works perfect the look is nice I highly recommended this product.. you won’t regret.. I work in protools recording and mixing music and the fact that I don’t have to go back and foward Makes my workflow much easier.

Screen doesn't stay attached very well.

I put the magnets on my laptop correctly but they weren't strong enough to bear the weight of the screen. I used stronger magnets and it holds up better.

Great screen needs stronger magnets to hold it on

Really great screen and good size. I'm coding and use it as my screen for zoom and for my user stories. The downside is the magnets are not strong enough to hold it on to the computer. I went to the hardware store and bought 4 magnets that hold 25 lbs each . This this the only reason the 4 stars instead of 5.

Not worth it!

I wanted to be able to have a second screen on my laptop to work from home. Not only is it so heavy that it pulls my laptop screen back, but its so flimsy that it tips over when you extend it. I really hated that I had to affix the magnets to my laptop, and then they weren't even strong enough to hold the thing on. I returned it.

Great 2nd Display, but...

Love the monitor. Only complaint is the plastic bracket. When the monitor is fully extended, does not hold the monitor perfectly level with top of laptop monitor. It sags a bit at the end farthest from laptop where the cable attaches due to cheap and poorly designed hinge system.

Magnets are not strong enough to support the weight of the unit

I'm sure the screen quality is fine, but I can't review the monitor seeing as how the unit falls down every time I try to open it because the magnets can't support the weight of the unit.

Does not fit my Lenovo Thinkpad

Because this monitor has to sit flush to the tabletop surface this will not work with my Lenovo Thinkpad. On my laptop the power, monitor & ethernet connections are on the back of the laptop as well as the laptop fan. The magnets are not strong enough to hold even one of the monitors suspended, although I had originally bought to. This might work for a Mac where the connections are on the sides of the laptop.

Too heavy

Item did not hold up as expected. Even though it comes with the magnets the screen is too heavy for them.
