The magnets dont work and the round things cannot be removed

As others have said, I bought this and the magnets don't even support the weight of the monitor. The sticky crap on the round metal things you attach to your laptop are impossible to remove in comparison. So now I have nigh-immovable round things on my laptop and a monitor that doesnt even stay attached when opened. Returning this asap

Game changer

This have increased efficiency and saved me tons of time! I don't have to constantly flip back and forth between tabs on my laptop.

Monitor works great Magnets don't

So I bought this monitor and I was skeptical. Turns out that the Monitor it's self is great, I have a 17" HP laptop windows 10. I did not have to install any drivers. The power cord for it is a little stiff and you have to push it in a little hard. As far as the magnets they are not strong enough to hold the monitor. Trio Max - Love the concept - Doesn't come close to meeting expectations

I purchased the Trio Max for my Dell 17" laptop. Let me give some positives before I get to two very glaring negatives. There are no drivers necessary for Windows 10. It was a very easy Plug & Play.. The resolution is great. I liked how you could stand it up in portrait mode. Problem 1, it took too much effort to slide the screen out. The most glaring problem is it simply could not stay in place. Such bad build quality I didn't even try to see it's picture quality

Terrible design and build quality. One of the magnets would not even work so the entire back screen just slides/falls of the back of my MacBook pro. When I try to pull out the screen the entire backside just slides off my laptop 2/3rds of the time which means you have to use two hands to pull it out. Makes the whole workflow less elegant. I'm imagining being outside and something bumps the table and the whole screen falls off and crashes to the ground. A latch system would have made more sense.

Everything I ever wanted!

I work with spreadsheets and this just makes me so mobile and spread out! It's the best thing ever!

Windows or Apple

This has instructions for sitting up this monior. YOu can acually use it with your laptop to give you a second monitor and can even add 3 monitors if needed as well. This is comes in two sizes and has great picture quality and easy to set up. Clear instructions are included if you need them. Although the two sizes are much different the inches are huge in computer monitors. This is a great value for the price.

Gamechanger!

I wasn't sure if this would be a good idea for a laptop. I have a desktop monitor that i use for a second screen but I wouldn't be able to take that out with me while I meet clients. This thing does it all and the same quality screen as my desktop monitor. I love the fact i can flip this screen around and my clients can see my main screen at the same time as me without having to look over my shoulder. This is a game changer!

Made my life easy

I had two big monitors to work from home or in my office but with this compact screen, it's easy for me to carry my additional monitors anywhere. Easy to add or remove as needed. Came in a nice sturdy box with instructions and was easy to install. It would have been better it can be made lighter but no complaints.

Awesome!

These things are great! Wife works from home with a 3-screen monitor setup for her PC. We bought a couple of these to keep at our Daughter's house so that she can still work to the same capacity from her Chromebook when visiting our Granddaughter! Very easy to setup and use.

Quality second screen that easily works with your laptop

This second screen easily fits to the back of my laptop to work as a second laptop screen that I can take anywhere. This is the second additional laptop computer screen that I have bought and the visual quality of this screen is far superior - as good as my laptop! I absolutely recommend this screen if you want a light weight, high quality, portable second screen for your laptop that you can take anywhere.

Great for multitasking!

This screen is a life saver! Before this screen, I used multiple monitors at home and at work. When I did not use a monitor it made me less efficient. I love that I can take this screen everywhere and be just as efficient as if I am at home or work! The only downside is that it is added weight carrying it, but so worth it. I'm very technically inclined, have written software, and worked in the tech world for over 25 years. I spent the morning working on this and couldn't get it to work on my Macbook. I might have kept after it and eventually got it working but gave up on it for two reasons: 1). For the mac, you have to grant it special permissions to do screen recording regardless of whether the app is running or not. You read that right. Helpful

I purchased this portable monitor after I saw a teacher-friend use it during distance learning. It is seriously so helpful in managing virtual teaching and all the different things you have to do at once. I also find it useful when reviewing student data because it saves me so much time. The portable monitor is lightweight and easy to use. I totally recommend this product!

Convenient

I travel a lot for my job and it is nice to have an additional monitor to do work from. You can either attach it to your laptop or use it separately, and connection is really easy to set up. Video quality is great too.

Great add on screen for the go

I used this attachment for traveling and it is just such a nice feature to have an additional screen when working. The small size makes it convenient to attach onto your laptop and having the ability to collapse the screen is nice for when a second screen is not really necessary. For office work on the go this is a must.

I really like this portable dual monitor set up. This is certainly the way of the future, allows me to move about in my house when working from home and not be limited to the desk where the dual monitors are set up. Also, its nice to take to meetings and also have that dual monitor to be more productive. LOVE IT!
