Works well though I did get some spots

Works well and fairly easy to apply. I couldn't get it to spray totally evenly, a few globs would come out, but probably user error.

Great product

This is a great product that I use on small items. Usually requires a light sanding after the first coat but provides a great smooth finish after 3 coats on walnut. Dries fast between coats.

Excellent and easy. Thin coats are key to a good finish. Because it’s a spray there is a feeling of being able to spray a higher amount. Don’t fall for it.

Very simple to apply. Follow the manufacturer instructions, and for those who were having a problem with the spray nozzle, keep your fat fingers away from the sprayer, LOL

My go-to topcoat for projects...and easy in/out

Ordering online for in-store pickup was seamless. I already know I like and want the product, so no need to browse the shelves and compare. Even with a line at returns/customer service there is an associate dedicated to online orders. I walked in, scanned the barcode, received the merchandise and walked out all in about 1 minute. Can't beat it.

Easy to apply

My wooden planters bench is exposed to outside weather. I used this to prevent the wood from rain damage. I sprayed 3 coats for ultimate protection.

Beautiful finish

I felt the need to do a review after so many other reviews that were negative. We used Polycrylic to apply a durable glossy finish over kids handicraft on furniture. Mod podge decoupage and kids hand prints with acrylic paint. The finish was exactly what we had hoped for. Since it was a flat surface I could make several passes till it was smooth.

Terrible product

This spray was terrible. While spraying following the instructions, blobs of spray would come out on my project and would not sand down when dried. I removed the sprayer and soaked it in paint thinner to clean it and then it wouldn’t go back on the can and I had to throw the rest of the can away. I bought several cans and I’m returning the unused ones. It was expensive too, over $17 a can.

OK, but not the best.

(1) The can nozzle has a wide vertical fan which can hit the top of the can adjacent to the nozzle. This allows finish buildup which begins to 'spit' onto the finish surface. This can be eliminated by frequently cleaning the spray from the top of the can; (2) The product is thin. Therefore, when spraying a curved surface, the finish tends to 'run' downhill leaving a thicker finish at the bottom of the surface; (3) The product does dry within a reasonable time and does have good gloss fini...

Carpenter of 25 Years Says "This is Garbage"

Being a carpenter for 25 years I've used lots of different finishes, stains, paints etc and this my friends is garbage. To start this can is over $15 near me and that is outrageous. Beyond the price is the terrible function of the can. It spits almost constantly. I tried wiping the can and shaking every few seconds to stop any bubble build up and keep an even pressure but it still spit way too much.
