The fee for written statements stinks!
As I stated to you previously, I would shop at Lowe's much more often, except I object to the $1.99 fee for providing a written account statement. I figure I would have spent a lot more money at your store if the fee didn't exist. So you probably lost much more money in sales than you received for this ridiculous fee.

Nice option when needed
Convenient to have this as a spray, however as I expected it does cause uneven application. I recommend having a brush on hand while using to smooth out spots.
