Would RecommendI recently refinished an Antique piesafe, and decided to use a wax to protect it instead of varnish. Once I got my piece painted,stained and ready to seal, I applied the minwax. It was pretty easy ,apply,let dry 15 minutes and buff to shine. It turned out beautifully, better than I imagined.

Would RecommendI bought this to use on my DIY table saw sled. The sled didn't move smoothly and would bind. After a coat of wax and buffing it with a natural bristle brush, it moves easily and no binding! 15 minute fix that works great! I got the brush at Lowe's also, Item #187873, tile and grout brush.

Would RecommendWE ARE RETIRED AND BUILD FARMHOUSE TABLE SETS. WE USE THIS FINISHING WAX AFTER WE HAVE BUILT THE TABLE, SANDED IT, STAINED IT, POLY COATED IT AND THEN FINISH WITH THE WAX. IT DOESN'T TAKE VERY MUCH TO REALLY SEAL THE TOP AND PROTECT IT FROM DAILY USE. WE LOVE IT AND HAVE USED IT FOR MANY, MANY YEARS. OUR CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS GLAD TO HEAR THAT THEY HAVE THAT EXTRA PROTECTION.

Would RecommendI've been dragging my feet on purchasing this for some time now, but I am thoroughly impressed by how smooth of a finish you can get. This stuff shines up plywood like bowling alley lanes. Perfect for crosscut sleds, miter sleds, splining jigs, or anything that slides back and forth on a table saw. I even waxed my table saw surface with it. Can't say enough good things about this product.

Would RecommendIn a house built in 1920 there are always drawers that stick, despite being built quite well and well taken care of there is always a need for Minwax. It has made a huge difference in my wooden kitchen drawers, making them slide easily.
