I feel the mighty mule gste ppener is on the top of the lidt of gste openers it is easy to setup the instruvtions are very plain and clear and their are so many different assori that you can buy for it this is my second one the first one lasted 6 years before someone ran into it but I like were you can use uour telephone now to operate
