[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is to replace our 20 year old Washer. While the Control Board is a bit confusing, and it took me a while to figure it out, I absolutely love the machine and hoping to get 20 years out of this one. Thanks Maytag.

Garbage!

This has been one of the worst appliances we have ever purchased. It is just over 2 years old and we have had the computer, bearings and motor replaced, it is now broken again....likely the motor again.

Quiet cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been able to use this washer for a couple of weeks now and love it. It is quieter than our last washer (GE) with a flat bottom agitator which doesn't clean as well as this Maytag washer. We haven't used all of the features yet (still learning them). Would recommend.

Bells and whistles

Good washer so far…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is attractive. It is easy to use and seems to do a good job cleaning our clothes. We are generally happy with it. The only reason we gave it four stars is because it’s not as quiet as our old Kenmore and the detergent tray fills up with water after every wash. It did not come with an owners’ manual and the online manual is difficult to navigate.

Gets the job done

Note: I am a Whirlpool employee. I like this washer, gets my clothes clean, rarely gets off balance. Glass lid gives a high end look and feels durable.

Got to be kidding me!

First day of ownership, Service on Maytag Case #7742385056. Steam leaking out back side of lid onto the control panel. No water connection error on display, having to reset 3 times now. I called on 9/12/25, Maytag called me back on 9/15/25 for me to call a Service Tech and they would reimburse me. We live out in the country, so that is not as easy at it seems. I called Maytag on 9/19/25 about service, and they said Maytag had 3 working days, as of 9/22/25, I have heard nothing. Lowe's on the oth...

Junk by Whirlpool

We have owned this wash machine for 14 months it's already toast. Bad motor or transmission says the repair person. We bought this washer to replace a different Whirlpool washer that broke down after less than 5 years. The dryer to that set also required repair die to mad bearings. We have had to have our KitchenAid refrigerator (2023 purchase) compressor replaced twice and evaporator once. I will never buy a Whirlpool product again

I love the Machine
