Maytag isn't the quality it used to be
Would Not RecommendI bought this washer about three weeks ago and today found it got stuck on an endless spin cycle where the timer stopped counting time and the machine was destined to spin endlessly. I had to unplug the washer from the electrical outlet/supply to get it to stop spinning (had been spinning for at least 1.5 hours before I found it). Would Not RecommendI purchased this washer hoping for great results, but it has been a huge disappointment. No matter the cycle or the settings, my clothes come out of the wash heavily wrinkled. I reached out to Lowes and they only give you 48 hours to return. Very sad to see Lowes is not guarantee their product. I then reached out to the company hoping for an exchange or refund, but they refused to help. Their lack of support has been extremely frustrating, and I cannot recommend this washer to anyone.
