I didn’t want one that took an hour to wash a load , I wanted a good basic machine and I wasn’t disappointed with this one ! Easy to use , clothes are clean and it isn’t loud, although my laundry room is in the back of the house so it wouldn’t bother me anyway. It was on sale which was a bonus !!

Hate it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hate it! I wanted a simple washer, no bells & whistles. Because the lid locks, you can't see if there is enough water, or presoak. With my old Maytag I could adjust water size, turn it off & let it soak. Look at clothes to see if I needed to soak longer. I'm not impressed

Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a couple of weeks ago I like it, but I wish it had instructions on the dials and order her to put them cause it’s very confusing. And also, I have some vibration and a little bit of shaking. Spoke to the store the first day I got it after I use the first time and they said they look into it and get back to me and I never heard a word. Thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought 2 weeks ago and have used for 15 loads. I like how big the tub is. I am not a fan of the water auto sensing feature (locally I could find a washing machine without this feature) because water doesn't cover the load before it starts agitating. This machine is loud and has a vibration while spinning. With all this being said it seems to get everything clean.

Very good washing machine at a reasonable price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this washing machine for about three weeks. It is easy to operate and I like the large stainless steal tub. It is winter here and I wear heavy lined pants and in my previous washing machine I had to stuff the pants past the agitator ant with the Maytag I just drop them in.

Very loud when running.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this one because our previous Maytag's lid broke off because it was plastic hinges. This one is all metal. HOWEVER - It is SO loud that I would never do a load of laundry unless it's the middle of the day vs at night, etc. I does seem to clean just fine, but I'd never would have chosen this one if I knew how loud it was.

Dissapointed! Read before buying your next washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm highly disappointed that I can't get good water coverage for washing my clothes without pouring a gallon of water over dry clothes to fool the sensor. I thought if I didn't go with the automatic sensing feature and went with MAX, I would get a load covered. It doesn't happen even if you put your clothes on BULKY. The water level goes about 1/4 to 1/5 of the way up the washer. If that is the case why is the tub so deep? I understand that ...

Stay away
Would Not RecommendPurchased this washer and installed on 2/21/26, it's now 3/16/26 and when the washer gets to the spin cycle it never stops. Just spins and spins until you manually turn it off.
