The new washer & dryer delivered today. The test cycle done by the installers who were great everything worked fine. A couple of hours later I do my first load of laundry. The washer worked perfectly but the dryer tells me I need to close the door when I try to start the dry cycle. The door is closed. I had also noticed that the light in the dryer drum isn't coming on. 45 minutes later on the phone with Whirlpool support a repairman is coming out in a few days.
