The new washer & dryer delivered today. The test cycle done by the installers who were great everything worked fine. A couple of hours later I do my first load of laundry. The washer worked perfectly but the dryer tells me I need to close the door when I try to start the dry cycle. The door is closed. I had also noticed that the light in the dryer drum isn't coming on. 45 minutes later on the phone with Whirlpool support a repairman is coming out in a few days. Would RecommendOnly have 1 dislike, and it's nothing major. I wish the lint collector was up on top and longer like some other models. I think those types of screens collect much more lint than the smaller ones in front. Otherwise, it's a great dryer, very efficient.

The timing was great, as our old dryer’s ability to regulate heat went out and we needed a new one. The dryer set up and install was easy, with basic step. The dryer has an app that you can connect to in order to get notifications when it’s done drying, see how long is left on a cycle, and to remote start it - it’s pretty cool. We’ve been testing the dryer for 2-3 months now...

Would RecommendPurchased Maytag washer and dryer set and it was delivered. After using washer for the first time, it leaked water during spin cycle, all over my new flooring. Leak was from hose & clamp underneath the washer. Washer must have been damaged during shipment. Lowe’s picked up the defective washer and replaced/delivered another one, same model. I haven’t had any issues since I received the replacement washer. I gave only 4stars because initial washer was defective, no one from Lowe’s explained to us...
