DO NOT BUY

From the first load on it had issues with being off balance and you have to basically stand by the washer the entire time it is washing so you can redistribute the load, can't wash towels without getting stuck on the small middle section of the agitator and going out of balance. Wish i would of never bought this thing.

Not Happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer and in less then a month the hose inside of the washing machine broke. The water sprayed everywhere and leaked through my ceiling. Several weeks late I am still trying to get the warranty to fix my machine and fix the damage. I am not happy with the machine or the service.

Great Washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer a week ago and so far it is fantastic! It runs quiet and cleans clothes thoroughly. Being able to control and monitor the machine on the app right from my phone is a great feature. I would definitely recommend this product.

So far so good. No issues

No issues so far. Leveled it pretty good at first. I feel one problem people are missing is that the directions say to just toss your clothes in around the basket. Don’t lay them out. Then turn the machine on. Only done 5 loads so far but no issues with balance or anything else. The pet filter does collect a small amount of lint/dog hair that would normally go down the drain into the septic. So seems like a good idea so far. Time will tell.

Three Weeks In

I have found it does get off balance more often than not, and if you don’t touch the power button just right, it won’t turn on. I believe I’ve found the perfect place for power, as for the balance issues, I’ll never start a load and leave the house, or if I do, I’ll monitor the app and make sure I’m home before the last eleven minutes hit, as that’s when the balanci...

Really like this one.

Just had it installed. Have used it a few times and really like it so far. It has an extra spin option on the dial. For some reason, our previous washer only had a Rinse & Spin option, which seemed to defeat the purpose of an extra spin. This washer seems to clean the clothes much better than the front load washer we had. They come out smelling and feeling much fresher.

Washer Pet Pro

I love the washer….the only thing is I can’t get my head around the agitator being so short/ small??? The controls take some getting used to also they are “touch” not push buttons…

Awesome washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The day it was delivered, I done a load of dog blankets to see how well the pet filter works. I absolutely love this washer. It is a lifesaver and takes heartache of dog hairs in our clothes as well. I checked the filter which is easy to remove. It had all the hair inside and just easy to remove. It is like a vacuum sucking all the hair. And no hair is clung to the walls of the washer.
