"Large" over the stove microwave oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased it in 2013. The plastic handle broke and I taped it back together. The glass table moves back and forth which is nice. But, underneath is not connected tightly and grease and steam accumulates from cooking. It has actually dripped into my cooking pan. I must use a paper towel to clean that area often. I wash the filter underneath in the dishwasher, but the two top filters are not easy so do not change them. I would like a new...

Perfect size!

Rotating tray

Good features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit to replace a unit that was worn out. It has a nice look with the stainless steel finish. Heats and cooks perfectly. The only thing lacking is a venting system for my range. The old unit had that this doesn't. But it sure does work a lot better than the old unit!

Great addition to our kitchen!

Excellent All Round Microwave!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this microwave for four years. I am a bachelor so, consequently, it gets used daily. Makes perfect baked potatoes every time. Has the ability to heat anything using the preset timer buttons at your fingertips. Also love the easy side to side motion of the cooking plate.

Some Pros & Some Cons

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pro: The microwave operation is good and the oscillating table does help for even cooking. Con: The stove lamp burned out several times. Being a DIY, I went out and bought an LED light strip and installed it up in the housing. This was before they started to sell appliance-sized LED bulbs. Pro: it installed easily and I had no problem configuring it for in-house exhaust. Con: The white plastic casing on the outside of the unit is cracking.

Nick in a blast

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice design, easy to use, easy to clean. Tray moves while cooking which makes the cooking more even. Large size so that you can use a number of different sizes. We use glass (Pyrex), plastic and cooker bags. Don't use metal unless you're McIver. Definitely a good purchase.

Confused

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this microwave several years ago and just getting an email saying please review your new microwave???? I like it but confused and front of door is coming away from inside of door due to plastic “attachment” breaking.

Fairly good microwave oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a good microwave oven, but the exhaust fan is practically useless. It makes enough noise to think it is going to pull the hat off your head, but it does not pull out any odor-filled air. The microwave has many useful settings and it fairly easy to clean, but the exhaust fan is a great drawback.

Works well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the Maytag microwave for some time now and we like it. The only thing we don't like it the loud beep when the time is up. When we first got it we were able to turn the sound off but after the power went off once and came back on we lost the function to turn the sound off. You should tell all owners to plug it into a surge protector.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works perfect. Never has hotspots. Can’t expect anything better. Very easy to clean. Love the exterior, wipes clean so easily, even with grease. The fan works better than most also. It covers more area of the stovetop. Just love it.

Excellent size and features

I love it's large size and the square tray that moves so you can put lasagna style pans in there and you can turn off the movement if you like. It's easy to use and has lots of features

Love this microwave
