Nice safety tool

I really like the feel of this tool. It came needing to be assembled that seemed like it was going to be a challenge by looking at the instructions. Once I looked at the finished product, it actually went together easily. I like the largetunnel for the blade area and the 2 sizes of gripping surfaces. Almost perfect accessory

The product comes unassembled, but takes about 10 minutes to put together. It is impressive what this tool can do, besides being a safety tool. Not only does it provide a good grip on the material you are cutting, but it also has the ability to be adjustable to be stable on any size stock. The best part of this tool (that I’ve noticed so far) is the ability to safely make small precise cuts. Best item to protect my fingers

Whoever invented this had thought of safety above and beyond. Too much on the instructions and I had to rely on the picture to make sure I assembled it correctly. Once done it was easy to use and easy to clean.

Everyone needs this Ripper.

This handle is awesome. This makes it way safer when I’m using my table saw. It feels real sturdy and it’s easy to switch to help you cut different boards.

Easy to use, and major safety upgrade! Yay fingers

The assembly instructions were very clear, and the manual and included video link shows so many ways to use this tool to make your table saw, band saw, and even router table way way safer. I liked how clear the instructions were, even though it is several pieces of hardware, it was easy to follow. The multiple pieces are part of the design though, because it allows you to configure this tool in so many ways, there is no excuse for not using it - you should use this all the time to make it habit....

The extra hand you need with safety involved.

I use this wonderful tool for everything and I mean everything that requires a power tool. Such as a Miter, table, tile, and jig saw. I also use it when I am drilling on a beam. It allows me to hold the object in place without the risk of injuring my hand. If you think about it you only have two hands and this tool allows you to hold on to things without exposing your hand.

The safety is worth the price

This thing is fantastic, and not in a "reviewers always think everything's fantastic" sort of way, in a "it will genuinely make your table saw (and router table) use safer" sort of way. The difference between a grripper and the standard cheep push blocks that come with your saw is night and day, and the drop-down side for stability is a great addition when working with smaller stock. I had only one (they're on the pricy side) for years, and am excited to now have a second one for longer feeds. ...

Low cost insurance.

Very easy to use. The grip is phenomenal. I have unfortunately been the victim of kickback when running panels. The Gripper completely shields your hand while you apply downward pressure. This has allowed me to operate my saw safer and more effective .

Solid table saw pusher

Very solid and well constructed product. Glides smooth across the table saw. Easy instructions explain how to use it and configure it for differenr measurements

Handy little sturdy tool

Took a little bit to assemble because one plastic pin had some plastic in the threads and would not fit flush as required. So it took a little bit to sort that out but otherwise it’s pretty sturdy considering it’s all plastic. Appears to have all the features as advertised. Handle is comfortable. Only complaint would be the stick-on “ruler” is basically useless because it’s not precise at all, based on how you stick it on.

Great push block for your power tools

The MICROJIG GRR-RIPPER+ 3D Safety Push Block is a must have is you use a table saw or router table to keep your hands safe from the blades or bits. This jig is easy to assemble and flexible to hold the wood against the fence for straight cuts and keeps the wood from wandering. It also allows you to keep downward pressure as the wood passes over the blade. The jig has a measure on it to help with setting the spacer to keep it away from the bade.

Great tool to keep all your fingers safe

This is my second gripper and they still have the same great design. I really like how there are so many options for add ons and adjustments for safety. I use the gripper most for cutting thin strips of wood to build timber frame models. The side adjustment does a great job keeping it stable during use. Decent addition to a table saw

Seemingly well built but only time will tell how long it will hold up. Grips well and it took a bit but i was able to figure out how to use the built in tape.

The Grr-ripper is great. I remember my grandfather making push blocks out of wood. This is the same concept but a lot more refined. It came dissembled but was easily put together. Very handy and safe

If you’re into woodworking and want to make fine cuts on your table saw this is a very handy and very adjustable tool. It took me about 10 minutes to assemble and the instructions were ok. It looks harder than it is to assemble when you open the box. I tested this on my table saw and it grips the wood well and safely

Life saver tool

This is definitely a life saver for me. I used to push using a stick and cutting hardwood is tough if you are not able to keep the wood down. This gripper is amazing. One of the best investment and a life saving tool

GRR-RIPPER+ 3D Safety Push Block review!

I’ve been using the MicroJig GRR-RIPPER Plus 3D Safety Push Block, and I have to say it’s easily one of the best safety tools I’ve added to my shop. The way it applies pressure in three directions—down, in, and forward—gives me total control over the cut and really minimizes the risk of kickback. The grip is solid, it holds the wood firmly in place, and the adjustable design makes it great for everything

Safe and solid Jig

Jig came packaged well and assembly was fast and simple. Unit is very solid and well build once assembled. Guides grip well and re-activate easily with some alcohol and water. Provides a very safe and accurate means of ripping boards on my table. Wish I had gotten one sooner.

I needed something other than a new tablesaw. Finding this was an option that I didn't even consider as a solution to better cuts. I was skeptical at first since I only heard of it, but never knew anyone who actually had one and seen it for myself in action. Assembly video provided was easy & simple to follow.
