lucky its intact i guess

bought to replace tub for elderly parents. packing was inadequate around the edges. there is an area inside that looks like someone took 400 grit sandpaper to the gelcoat, edges are damaged, and theres a huge glob of glue on the rear. looks like someone couldnt trim the edge flush either. luckily, i know how to repair fiberglass and gelcoat. pics are right out of the box. box doesnt specify sides dont come with it. it tells you that you can choose tiled or smooth wall. should say in big bold th...

Panels not sized correctly base was broken in box

Panels not sized correctly base was broken in the box. Didn't have time to return it. Broken base was outside corner 1.5"x4". Hope to cover somehow? Left sede was 1/4" longer than base. And 1/4" thinner than the right. I am sure shower door is going to be a mess to install. Buy something else!

Extremely poor manufacturing

Like many other reviews, the wall and base do not line up. We had to grind some of the bottom wall edge off. Customer Service was a nightmare of being transferred back and forth between departments and "at least two weeks" to get replacement pieces. Amazing that this is still happening even after the company trolled these reviews. A simple trimming dimension adjustment at the factory would solve this problem.

Horrible quality, also doesn’t line up well.

Horrible, product was damaged in three different boxes, 4th box also had minor scratches on shower walls but had to accept that damage because I had already installed shower base. Look for a different brand, this one has zero quality assurance. Also very difficult to install. They list as a 1 person install, that would be impossible for even a professional installer.

Missing piece

This shower came with NO drain! We went back to Lowes and they said it does not come with a drain and there is no available draining the store that would fit this shower. No other hardware store carries the specific size. Now we are stuck with a shower with our drain!!! Unacceptable!

Nice fit

I wasn't sure I could get the shower pan in because the bath was tight, W 5'. But because the seat area, I was able to turn it into place.

This shower and wall system has been nothing but trouble. the walls don't fit properly so we have had to spend a HUGE amount of money as our contractors messed around with trying to get things to fit properly. This system is JUNK. Now the MAAX door, which we purchased because we thought it would be best to stay with the same manufacturer, came with screws that are TOO SHORT. So the contractor is going to the hardware store for the second time today... as the labor bill ever increases... This...

The price is great since it includes a seat. It looks great and I recommend it.

Corners thin, cracked/holes

I had this installed approximately one (1) year ago. Last night I thought a piece of sunflower hull was stuck in the front corner near the outside of the drain. I went to pick it up and the fiberglass broke more. Now there is about a half an inch hole. What is the warranty on this product as it appears to be a manufacturing defect? I am a senior citizen and am the only one who uses this shower. Now the shower will need torn out and re-installed with another new one through no fault of some...

There is no way to level this. The wood is embedded in fiberglass and three quarters of an inch off ....Read the reviews before you waste your time with this product. There's plenty of them online Now I have to rebox it and return it... waste of the day with this 😒

Don’t buy this unless you are on a new build.

The measurements on this are so off from one corner to the next. Makes install very difficult.

A mess.

I had this showerbase installed a year ago. I bought the walls also and the wall was cracked plus it didn't fit properly and had to take it back and go with glue on walls and now i had to ditch the glass doors as they now wouldn't fit.
