Would RecommendMy new home needs lots of dimmer switches. There were a few applications where the dimmer needed to be a knob that is turned rather than a slider that is moved. I purchased another brand from somewhere else to save a few dollars. Wrong move on my part. Go quality. Go Lutron. You will not be sorry you did. I wasn't.....once I finally came to my senses and decided quality was more important than saving a dollar or two.

Flicker (Buyer Beware)
Would Not RecommendFlicker with the control knob between 12 and 3 o'clock is unbearable. Setting the dimmer sub-control (blue dial) did not help at all. Purchased a kitchen light fixture (Model #MXL1090-LED57K9027) for my wife and she likes it, but it was too bright on the color temperature setting she preferred. I'll have to switch it to a warmer temperature so it doesn't blind her. Not good. If I could give this dimmer a zero, I would have. Absolutely worthless on this particular fixture. Lights dimly light (ghosting) when turned off
Would Not RecommendWhen the switch is turned off, the bulbs do not completely turn off, commonly known as ghosting. Called Lutron direct and they told me that the soft glow back light on the switch and the current LED bulbs that came with the fixture are not compatible. I would either need to replace the bulbs or go to a switch that does not have the "soft glow" back light. Returned the switch. Too bad
