Would RecommendThis helped even out the temp differences in my gas grill (hottest in the back, hotter on one side). I can just flip it over to use one side while the used side gets burned off. Cleans up fairly easily.

Well worth the money
Would RecommendI was hesitant to spend the $39 or whatever it was to upgrade my cheap two burner grill. However, I’m glad I did it turn my cheap grill into a really nice grill. Let me evenly cook the most expensive steaks I’ve ever purchased from you butcher. Also flip it over and you can cook bacon and eggs just as easily no mess. Again a great bye/purchase for me.

Great Griddle but.....
Would Not RecommendThe griddle is everything advertised and I would give it 5 stars except for the following: 1 The edges on the flat side aren't high enough to fry a pound of bacon without runoff. 2 Number 1 would be acceptable except that when you need to pick the pan up to drain the fat off, the handles are flat on the surface of my glass top stove and very hot. I can't get under them to lift the pan up. I have already replaced the griddle with another design.

Would Recommendused this for years, the flat side is great for pancakes and french toast on the stove. sure the other side gets rusty, but a little steel wool and shortening would touch it right up. no nonstick to worry about and it is heavy!

Rusts overnight
Would Not RecommendI've cooked on cast iron grittles for many years on my BBQ grills, and this is the only one I've owned that rusts overnight. I cooked bacon on it and left it in the grill for cleaning the following day, when I was surprized to see rust. I cleaned and seasoned it, and put it back in the BBG grill. Four days later I opened the BBQ grill and the grittle was rusted! Unlike any other cast iron pan or grittle I've ever owned, I must now clean this one as soon as it cools down, apply oil, wrap in a ...
