Would Not RecommendI had such high hopes for this item. I diligently took care of this 'cast iron' item but it continues to shed its surface coating and it only gets worse no matter how many times I try to season it. Hand wash only and treated as recommended. Silicone utensils and no metal to metal contact resulted in this.
