Would RecommendI just fired a turkey as a trial run for Thanksgiving because we have a large crowd coming over and I wanted to make sure everything went smoothly. This LoCo Fryer is the best, easiest I have ever used. The draining system is brilliant. The LoCo Cooker leather glove is pretty sweet too.

Would RecommendMy old turkey fryer had manual timer that drove me nuts! More than once it shut off and I had to restart making the cooking process longer. With this one I kept it at the temp I needed to (350 degrees), and it never shut off. I also liked that it came with a basket instead of the old poultry rack that most of them have. The twist and drain feature was great too. Allowing it to drain fully with this feature, and less mess!
