Finally, A Smart Lock that Looks Like a Regular 1!

Very happy with my new level smart lock! Easy to install and love that the design looks like a regular deadbolt lock (i.e.no more big, bulky smart lock designs on nice/expensive houses, which look out of place). I purchased the black version and it is a very nice contrast against my white trim. I'd recommend this product to anyone in the market for a new smart lock!

I’m excited to try and figure out how to use the touch function this weekend It was a bit finicky to set up, but once we got it, it’s easy to use. I wish the cards could be read through plastic, but they can’t. Even in the ID pouch of my wallet it can’t read so I have to pull it out

Luckily I was sent one that works well and is super discreet! Very grateful for this product and it seems very durable and responsive. The app is easy to install and connect, and it has been very reliable.

My whole family down loaded the app to our iPhone and it’s so easy to use even for people like me who are not tech savvy at all. I would definitely recommend this lock to keep your family safe!!

Great lock, set up is tricky

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lock contains all the needed parts to fit any door. Including extended bolts and catches if needed. The only issue we had was connecting to the app. After a call to Customers Service for Level I learned the lasted Android update turned off the location setting to allow the phone to connect to the app for the final part of set up. After that fix our new lock is working great.

Perfectly hidden!

You wouldn't know it was a smart lock until you touch the lock and hear the chime that means it opened or locked. The installation was a breeze. Absolutely zero issues with connectivity.

Level Lock review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ability to check and see if the dead bolt is locked is awesome! Keypad is also a nice touch. Especially when we can add codes for family and even the babysitter. Definitely would recommend this to others and are looking to buy others for the other exterior doors to our home

Great smart lock that doesn’t draw attention.

I bought this product a year ago, I’ve been using it to secure my house and family, it worked like a dream. It failed to worked as perfectly as it supposed to, I contacted Level and they sent me a new one. They stand behind their product and that’s not something you find a lot. I highly recommend their product and will keep using them to secure my home and family!

Fit and finish is good but…

From a security standpoint the lock is terrible. They used a lock core that is extremely vulnerable to the most basic pick and bump attacks. Battery in the bolt? Interesting but I wonder how the bolt would fair with someone kicking the door, now that the bolt is no longer a solid unit.

High quality, truly invisible Smart Lock. Innovation in a category that needs it! Would have been nicer to have it stocking in stores.

Great in theory but not in execution

This lock has been completely unreliable. We’ve been locked out of our home at night after taking a walk with no physical key. Sometimes it works really well and other times it won’t unlock unless we go they Apple home, the app or using a physical key. Very disappointing as it’s quite expensive.
