Almost perfect

Completely discrete. Loses connection with hubs frequently. Battery life is good, far better than previous August locks I had before.

Well made, reliable over Bluetooth.

Very nicely made. Works well when you're close to it. Promised integrations with IFTTT haven't occurred, so far as I know and making it work through Apple HomeKit has been frustrating, despite dedicating an iPad as a hub for that sole purpose. But when my iPhone is in Bluetooth range, the unit has worked well. The battery life has also exceeded expectations (perhaps because most of those using this entrance still use a key).

This is the most ingenious well built connected lock on the market. Let’s you keep your own plates and just replaces the deadbolt mechanism. I can control from anywhere in the world and also give selective access to anyone.

The Level Bolt is Fantastic

The Level Bolt is fantastic and integrates well with HomeKit. I use it on two doors in my house and I love that it just fits within most existing door locks. The automation is great as you can set them to lock at specific times just in case you forget to lock the door. For example, I have my doors automated to lock at 12 pm and 2 am each night.

Good lock, but lacks HomeKey support

The lock’s been great, but I really wish that Level had a product that offers HomeKey support so that I can unlock my door by tapping my phone to it. I’m about to switch to a Schlage lock with this capability since Level doesn’t offer it.

Game-changing!

Being able to access and lock/unlock our door from our phone regardless of if we're home or not is incredible. Having the peace of mind with that kind of control is priceless. Something to fear

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Doesn't work very well when Amazon AWS is down. You are locked out! You stand there trying to unlock over and over praying it will open. It scared the crap out of me. What was I going to do? What's the backup plan? Something to think about.
