Good price, helps out with air movement in barns, workshops, garages, etc.

Flimsy and cheaply made

I bought several of these fans to help circulate the air in my house while I was waiting for parts to come in for my AC unit. A gust of wind tipped over the fan even with the feet attached. One of the blades broke off at the hub. I remember when Lasko used to make a high quality and durably built fan.

Thank goodness this fan is very quiet. Not the norm!

Great for the price, a little loud.

Really great fan for the price. We use it to cool down the house at night and it works really well sitting in the window. It can be a little loud so we just sit it in a room we aren't it and it works really well for that.

Overall Great so far

Fans are great so far. Nice and quiet and do the job for the money! I'd buy again.

Smaller size than your old box fan.

Replacement Box Fan

This was a replacement for a similar unit that was purchased 7 years ago. The old one finally burnt out after 7 SC summers. The new one is a lot noisier than the one it replaced.

Great fans!

Purchased one for the basement, runs continuously. Other upstairs used intermittently. Great size, great price.

Box Fan

This fan is inexpensive and does a good job, with 3 speeds. We actually bought the fan to make a "white noise" at night. We have had 3 previous fans in the past years that look identical to this one. However, this particular one seems to run at a high rate of speed and makes more noise than ones we previously owned. It is still a good bargain for the money. I think we paid about $15 for the fan.

ventilation

I bought this fan to help ventilate my basement after spilling gasoline. It seems to have helped greatly with getting rid of the smell.

Inexpensive alternative

This fan, coupled with a household air filter creates an air filtration system for my workshop. Believe it or not, this configuration works really well. I understand from other sources that it can filter out as much as 80 percent of the larger particles and using a "finer" filter even higher percentage of smaller particulate. $25 bucks vs over $300 make this a real deal.

Great buy, well worth the money

I purchased this fan for my garage, it works better then expected. The price was right!

Does the Job!

We like to use window fans to bring in cool morning air to cut down on need for AC later in the day. We have about 4-5 of these running every summer morning when temps are expected to climb past 90 degrees....they work great, not too loud, move plenty of air. Light weight, easy to lift up on the window sill. We have hardly turned on AC at all this summer! We've had previous models of this same fan and they have worked great for years..these are a bit lighter....just like many products these days...
