Missing the Base Plate

It was her favorite Christmas gift but we can't play with it because the Base Plate was not in the box. We can't assemble it. :(

Extremely sturdy and keeps the kids busy for hours

I purchased this about 2 months ago for something to keep the kids busy and active outdoors during the summer. I was surprised with how study the base is when playing and don't notice any wobble of the pole, even with the hardest hits on the ball. I just hope I can keep my undefeated status as the kids grow up. I expect years of reliable use from the tetherball set.

This is so much fun and it holds up pretty well in the different weather conditions, which is so nice.

I bought this for my son for Christmas and he really loves to play with it! He is 7 but his older brother (11) plays a lot as well. I can't be happier!!! They have a lot of fun and can play for hours! Amazing product!!!

Great product, kids love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been really fun. The kids love to play it and it has withstood heavy winds. The ball rope is easy to snap off if I want to store it during a storm. I did take off the plug for the water and it fell into the base. I sent an email to lifetime asking if replacements were available and the next day I got an email that they were in the mail and I received them a few days later. Excellent customer service!

A game for all ages

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have left this tetherball up year round for 2 years and no signs of wear. Quality product, nice soft ball, provides for lots of hours of fun for the kids outside in all ages yet. Easy to move to mow around by rolling it on edge yet super sturdy and unable to dump over- has withstood 60 mph winds without difficulty during storms.

Lots of fun for everyone!

We bought this Lifetime Tetherball system last year for our daughter's birthday, and it has been a big hit! Everyone in the family can get involved and play, and all the friends who come over love that we have this in our backyard, when they are used to only seeing it at a park or school. The ball and rope are still in great condition, even after leaving it outside since we set it up, and so are the pole and base.

Tetherball

I called to get a replacement tetherball for our Lifetime pole. We’ve had this in our backyard for many, many years. The kids love to play it. It’s always a great piece of entertainment when others come to visit. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful and shipped a new ball with string and a clasp at no charge. The package came way sooner than expected. I am very pleased with the service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this product at our cabin for a few years. It get used a lot! We've had to replace the ball a couple of times. The screw on top of the pole needs to tightened periodically. No big deal. Customer Service has been great to work with. I would highly recommend this product!

Great Customer Service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this tetherball set two years ago, I called asking for replacement parts for the cap that holds the tetherball on. They did all the work for me finding the parts and making sure they were the right ones, then informed me there would be no charge! Definitely the kind of company you will want to buy from!!

Great Product- even better service!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my daycare center and it gets a ton of use and has held up great. 1 of the kids took the cap off and we lost it. We fill with water because it makes it studier than sand and can empty it that way. I contacted Lifetime and they sent me a new cap at no charge. So thankful and will only purchase from lifetime from here on out!

ball broke after 3 months

got the ball in March - in July cant play anymore, the ball ripped... bad product

Great customer service

We got the portable tetherball but didn't get a chance to open the box for 6 months. When we assembled it 6 months later the pole was wobbly. Their customer service was amazing and they absolutely took care of our issue. The tetherball assembly is awesome! The kids love it!! Good fun while getting good exercise!!
