Perfect for our family
As soon as the tetherball system arrived my husband put it together with ease. The stabilizer kit works great and the base is incredibly sturdy when filled with water. My 2 children (ages 5 and 7) have a blast plus my husband and I have been able to play against each other not worrying about our strength. I've owned this tetherball set for roughly a month, although I've only used it once. Pumped up the ball for the first time and there was a microscopic hole that deflated after a few hits. Best customer service
I called the 800 number. They said leave a message and they will call you back. So many companies never call you back. I got a phone call right away. They are sending the part I need with no charge and I can track it. My person in the phone was very polite and helpful. Buy from brands that back their products. Life does. I will continue to buy life line.

Great Service
While there was a long wait due to COVID-19 staffing reductions the attentiveness by customers service staff was outstanding. Call was dropped by carrier part way through but the customer service continued to process replacement parts request and then confirmed to my voice mail. Many thanks to all especially Danny!!

Awesome Customer Service!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this teatherball set 2 years ago. The top cap broke after 3 months but we neglected to fix it . I just called customer service to buy a new cap and they are sending it to me, free of charge! I realize the part is inexpensive but there aren't many companies that would be willing to do that.
