Never worked
I purchased the dryer in early July. It hasn't worked yet after almost eight weeks. Warranty claim sent out twice. Last time tech came out was almost three weeks ago. Now dealing with Presidential Lison Team which yielded several texts and no action in over a week. Eight weeks without a dryer or resolution!

I am surprised that the dryer runs cool about halfway through the dry cycle when clothes are still wet but have been told this is normal and part of the energy saving feature. Hum... that doesn't make sense to me so I have switched off energy save and started using the timed dry feature and this gets my clothes dryer faster without over drying.

For a short time and have done minimal laundry. But the cycles I have tried work well and the systems are easy to figure out. I do wish the dryer light turned on when you opened the door. The unit has to be powered on in order for the light to go on.
