Absolutely obsessed!!

It is a good product

It’s so quiet and our king size comforter fits inside perfectly.

Worth the price

The drum is large and the cycles easy to use. Adding that extra sock is easy. Like the glass top so I can see the stages.

Good price point and seems to be getting clothes clean. Simple straightforward controls.

dispenser tray stays full of water

Washer works ok but dispenser tray is full of water after each cycle and must be cleaned. I have tried to resolved this with LG, first they said I had an "old design" tray and sent a new one. The new one is the same as the old one LG tech then said it was working as designed.

Has an agitator.

Like that it has an agitator. Easy to use, no techy stuff like our old Samsung.

Lovin' the new washer

I actually really like this new washer. My only issue i have is it automatically goes to hot water. I always have to remember to adjust the settings. Other than that, its gets my clothes clean, and spins out great.

EXTRA FEATURES ARE ANNOYING

Didn't realize until after purchasing that the control selections are very limited--there is no DELICATE CYCLE..... To arrange other versions of cycles you have to do it through the app and use the app to wash which is annoying....And whose idea was it to dark tint the lid window--I can't see anything through it without a flashlight....Going from a front loader to a top loader I have no use for the lid to lock (no kids)--was looking forward to adding things with ease without having to pause...I ...

A quiet, effective and attractive washer.

Love the presence of an agitator, and as i prefer toploading washer that was a feature i liked too, after having done many loads of wash, i would recommend.
