I purchased the WT8205CW 3 months ago. There's NO delicate cycle, I cannot choose the water level like low, medium or high. Some computer genius thought the machine should choose that for me. There's NO soak cycle and some times my clothes are so filthy that I need an aggressive agitation cycle which doesn't exist on this machine. Overall, save your money and buy washer that has more versatility and flexibility with it's use and features. I'm selling my 8205 and buying a different brand. I am so...

They were prompt in the delivery- and great with communication- on their way - and during the installation. He made sure that the washer and dryer were setup and properly balanced.
