Would RecommendThis is our first washing machine that does not have an agitator and after owning it for a year, I will say that without an agitator, all it does is slowly move the water around. An agitator actually moves the clothes around and does a fairly good job of cleaning. Other than not having an agitator to clean better, we have had no problems with this unit, but if I were buying again today, I would definitely get a washer with an agitator.
