Wonderful Experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer a month ago. It's very quiet device. It full up with water to my satisfaction. I have purchased 3 washers and sent them back since May of 2020. This is the best by far. Everything about is to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend. A little more pricey, but definitely worth it.

Exactly What I Wanted and Looking For

Impressive cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After finally replacing our top loader, without an agitator, with this, I am impressed with how much better the clothing is moved throughout the cycles. There are plenty of features giving me choices for how to wash. Overall, I’m happy with this washing machine.

Love my LG!

I had a Maytag that I loved and the spin cycle got so loud after only 3 years and we couldn't find what we needed to fix it. I said I wouldn't like a new one and I was so sad to replace the old one. I did some research and decided to get the LG. After using it for a couple of weeks, I LOVE IT! It uses less energy, it seems to use less water, and I really think it gets our clothes...

JUNK

I purchased this washer 14 months ago. It has been repaired 3 times. The agitator malfunctions approximately every 4 months of use. Causing laundry to get caught under the agitator (of course, the laundry will get all shredded).

Power button no longer works after 13 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is ok. Not great for heavy soiled items or stains even with pretreatment and stain cycles. My biggest complaint is the power button no longer works after 13 months. Of course warranty is 12 months. Weve tried all the trouble shooting the LG website offers. It takes more than a few minutes to get power button to respond after playing around with location & pressure when the power button use to be a light touch like a touchscreen. Now...

I love this washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Originally loved the machine . Than before the machine was a year old the power board went on the machine. Given it was still under factory warranty LG took care of the cost . The down side I was out a washing machine for almost two weeks due to waiting for part to come in.

LG Washer; Dryer and Refrigerator

Very quiet machine

I like being able to add extra water by pressing the deep fill. It is quiet while it is washing your clothes. It needs a button to push so you can wash out your detergent cap and clothes softner cap.
