Have had this, problem-free, for many years

I bought this washing machine to save on water usage and energy. Not only does it save water, but it does a GREAT job with all of my items, from delicates to horse blankets. If the manufacturing is still the same as when I initially purchased my unit, you can’t go wrong. Love it.

Lifespend

Just like any other LG life spent is ~5 years. It’s falling apart like “Chinese motorcycle“ after 5. Drain pumps and rear bearings are most common.this is second out of 3 sets that we had and first one broke in 5 years now second one is almost one.maybe I need to switch to different brand Otherwise it’s OK.

Great features! Great washer

I bought this washer and matching dryer in Aug of '15. I absolutely love them both. There are many options and features. Love the steam clean for pillows and down comforters. I have had zero problems with either appliance.

Setting For More Wash & Rinse Water???

LACK OF REQUIRED INSTALLATION PARTS

I have never had a water pressure problem with any other appliance, nor do any of the appliances inside, or outside systems, have a problem. It is not appropriate for the house water pressure be reduced. When working it cleans awesome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved this washer when I first got it. After about a year and a half it stopped spinning properly. Don't know if it's a belt or bearings but for the price it should of lasted longer now it just sits to the side of my laundry room while I use an old fashion small agitating machine that I can't put blankets in.

Disappointed

Bought this machine 6-11-14. Now the washer will not spin and rinse with 5 towels and 3 shirts in the load. Tech replaced the 3 shocks on the tub. Still will not complete a cycle unless the load is very small.

Gets clothes very clean!
