[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I have used the washer and dryer since 2013 with not a single problem except that some how the dryer and now recently each device got child locked and after getting in contact with your great service staff via telephone the problem was quickly resolved.

Worked fine for 5 years.

I've had no problems with the pair for 4.5 years but the motor quit six months ago and I''m still waiting for warranty parts. I don't know where the communication fails, LG or the service tech. All should work out well eventually. The Motor is covered under a 10 year guarantee. We will see.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve owned this washer for many years now. It’s a workhorse and holds a large amount of laundry. I wash King sized comforters with zero issue. I use the extra hot sanitizing feature all the time - I love it! Two weeks ago, I was doing a load and heard the cycle finish. When I went to open the door, smoke came billowing out. A repair person came out to assess the issue, but that’s as far as we have come as we are still waiting to LG to tell us ...

Best washer I ever owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have now owned this washer more then 7 years and I enjoy it almost daily. Love the functions and cycles. It broke down a few weeks ago. Customer service was great. The part was still under warranty. The repair man knew what he was doing. Switched the defected part out in no time and my washer is good as new.

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE AGREEMENTS FOR THE LG PRODUCTS. I HAD A FIVE YEAR SERVICE AGREEMENT AND THE WASHER AND DRYER NEEDED SERVICE AND IT WAS NOT COVERED FOR THE DRYER. I AM TRULY DISAPPOINTED AND SADDENED FOR THE SERVICE. THE WASHER WAS DONE BUT NOTHING FOR THE DRYER. MONEY WASTED THAT I COULD HAVE USED FOR SOMETHING ELSE.

Doesn’t last long

Loved it at first. With a high price point I would have expected it to last beyond 6 years. A part went bad that flooded our laundry room at four years of ownership. Now it constantly leaks from the door and the smell is awful even with wiping it down and doing monthly tub cleanings.

Great features

The best washing machine I have owned

I love how quite it runs and the happy chiming when the load is done. The biggest thing I have washed at home so far is our queen sized comforter and it came out perfect!
