Love my machines

I recently had to have my washing machine repaired, as the motor went out. Fortunately, it was still under warranty and was covered. What a blessing, especially in these times. It works like new again. Thank you LG, for making my life easier.

Excellent & Best in the Industry

We have been using the Washer Model WM8000HWA for 9+ years with Zero issues. Only recently we had to call the LG service to check the water coming out from the backside. After a quick check, this is due to the incorrect amount of detergent that my wife used. Both the LG product and service are top notch!! Highly recommended.

SMELLS HORRID RUINS CLOTHES

Ive wanted to review this for years and since Ive sat to order a new washer Im doing it now. I was so excited about my set when I ordered them, paid over 2k for washer and dryer. Our laundry was great for about a week or so, Then the spolied stench began. Didn't matter how much I clean the rim or draining the front hose between loads our clothing always smelled spoiled. I have even had to remove the detergent drawer and clean mold from inside the area, the entire roof of the detergent compartmen...

Ok but it comes with issues

I want to say that I love this machine but I can’t. My only problem I have is the water hammering on my water pipes. I’m sorry but I can’t over look this issue. My water pipes sound like someone is hitting my pipes with a hammer.

Large capacity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this washer for 6 years now. The unit was problem-free until last week. A tech identified the problem as a bad drain pump. Not bad for its age. Will buy an LG again if we need to replace this one.

Reliable and high quality resu

The washer pump had to be replaced recently but otherwise flawless performance. The quality of cleaning, and quietness while washing are excellent. Not cheap in the first place but worth paying for

Reliable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second LG washer. We left the first reluctantly when we sold our home in Oregon. The new washer has not disappointed. We particularly like the steam option and the range of settings. We don't use all of them, but the possibilities are very appealing. The quick wash is great as is the heavy duty option. It is a comfort to know that we can use little detergent and still get perfectly clean clothes. The gentle aspect of the spin cycle ...

Defective Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Who would expect a fairly new expensive washer go seriously bad this quickly. Going off balance for no reason or I thought! Inner tub bad already? Shock/struts bad already? Very disappointing and upsetting

Do NOT RECOMMEND

Nov 2013-Installed. May'21-Leaks from bottom discovered. Damage to laundry room discovered, too. Worked well, Less than 7.5v years with use of 1/week and with family of 1 !?
