Works great and fast!

The washer and dryer work exceptionally well. Super easy to use. We have had for 4 months now with zero issues. They are big, but they hold so much... We do much less laundry now... works much faster than the previous machine and clothers come out great especially the whites!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the features and it’s big enough to wash king size bedding.. the only draw back I have on this is it came with a missing part and the spring on the drum was off. LG fixed it at N/C to me and it’s now running great. Good service and they stand behind there products. Would buy again…

Bigger than I thought!

I probably should have gotten a smaller machine but I needed something that would do comforters and this one does just that. For now I am very happy with my purchase!

Solid Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced an older 3.5 cubic foot worn out Machine with the 5.2 mega capacity. This is a well built solid washer that has great capacity. Overall I am glad I got it. What I don’t like. The owners manual is light on details. It is difficult to see the grayed out type on the instrument panel. Need a flashlight to read bottom row of adjustment headings.

Virtually magic to operate

Great washer with large capacity

It is pretty quiet during operation and that is a plus esp as my laundry room is close to the room where I work. Definitely happy I went with this LG model, a big step up from our previous one from a different brand.

Defective Product, inefficient repairs, poor CS

I have never had as much trouble with any other appliance as I have had with this washer. Sounds like a plane taking off, now leaking water! Customer service from LG is abominable! Don't bother to be bothered with this appliance!
