Worst washing machine
Don't ever buy this washer. I bought this last thanks giving and never liked it. first of all my clothes were dirty all the time and tried all settings nothing worked. I noticed even brand new shirts comes out dirty. Especially whites looks so dirty. And clothes always wrinkly and looks like old worn out clothes.

The is the WORST machine we have ever owned.
If you purchase this machine also buy the extended warranty, you will need it! The service technicians have been to our home numerous times to “repair” this machine and it never has worked correctly. They have replaced parts, talked with customer service and still the machine will not function. It gets lopsided and then just half spins back and forth never emptying out. Or shakes to the point it walks around on the floor. Neighbors can hear it outdoors when it goes into the spin cycle. yet we st...

Great update to this model line!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I bought an older version of this model in 2018 and loved it. We loved it so much that when we bought a new house we purchased the 2021 version and it’s still just as amazing. These really are the best washer dryer pair you can get.

I bought this washing machine back in July. My other LG was a top loader about 10 years old. I have to say that this machine is a beast. I love watching it and all the options for wash settings. My clothes have never seemed this clean or smelled so fresh! Thanks LG!

I feel like I don’t get the clothing as clean especially if there are particles on the laundry. I only wash on cold 99% of the time so all the options aren’t necessary. It would be nice if it remembered that I wash on cold each time. But it’s not smarter than me

Going from a 1930's washer to 2022 washer, WOW

Third wash was me watching and wondering how it uses so little water but still performs so well. For our family life just got a bit easier.
