Good features and smooth operations

I hope the electronics and mechanical mechanisms last a long while for the life and use of the machine. Large, sturdy washer with good features

I've owned the washer for a month and a half now. So far so good. The control panel is easy to understand. It uses a large dial to select the wash type. The regular wash cycle doesn't use a lot of water. As a result, some people feel the clothes aren't clean enough, but you can select a different cycle such was one for towels. I also installed the app on my phone. I don't use it for much other than downloading a new alarm and background. It also tells me when the wash is done.

In love with this washing machine!

I purchased this washing machine about a month ago and am so glad that I did. This is THE BEST washing machine I have ever owned. It cleans and softens my clothes better than my previous, not old, washing machine. I purchased the pedestal because I have severe neck and back problems and am vertically challenged as well. I no longer struggle to reach the socks and smaller items at the bottom of my top loader. I love love love this machine!! Thanks LG, for making my life so much easier!!

Really Enjoying My New Washing Machine.

This is my first LG product, it came highly recommended and I h r been very pleased with it. Love the settings, lots of choices for different laundry needs. And I reallly like the ThinQ app for my phone, thought it might be gimmicky but it is perfect!!!

Easy to to laundry!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the washer for a month now and we are very pleased with the quality and especially the AI wash cycle. This all the guess work out. The washer determines the amount of water and the temps for the clothes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this machine. It has 5 sprayer jets that inject water/soap onto the clothes. The rinse cycle is great. The machine drains the water completely and uses fresh water up to 3 times during a cycle. It will rinse up to 3 times which is great for heavier items like jeans and towels. If you remember at the last minute your favorite outfit needs washed, there is a quick wash cycle that is 18 mins long. I have notice our water bill has gone down...

Great features

It gets the job done and many more options to do. I can even control on my phone and also notifies me when the cycle is finished!!!! It’s just great!

LG makes excellent washer/dryer!

After owning an LG washer and dryer for 17 years, it was time for a new set. We love our new LG washer and dryer! The new set has additional settings that we really appreciate. The updated models are very sleek and quite efficient. LG is the way to go! They last longer than any other washer and dryer we have ever owned.

Matching Washer and Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our LG washer last month and it's great. We also bought the matching dryer in the dark gray. They're much quieter than our old machines. My wife likes that she operate them with app. Pretty cool.

Excellent Choice!

We bought the WN6500 washer and DLEX 6500B dryer. to replace our prior LG washer and dryer that lasted 16 years. We like the ease of use, the multiple cycle choices, and the large capacity (we can wash a king size comforter, and even king size pillows without problems.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Return customer after 15 yrs. This new once is actually a replacement for the one we picked up. We requested replacement since after unboxing there was damage to the front in that there was a dent. So we quickly returned and received replacement same day. Love the functions, the app and AI intelligence. Also love the color which appears more of a deep charcoal grey. Love everything about it. We have the matching dryer too.

We are a repeat customer. Owning a set for 15 years but decided it was time for a new set instead of my handy husband continuing to replace parts. So far so good with this new set. Love the intelligence this set includes. And love the black color which actually appears more of a dark charcoal gray.

Terrible product

Washer has been in my house for three weeks and can’t run a load through. Already changed the control board and still doesn’t work

This washer has been in my house for 3 weeks and has been the worst experience with a new appliance I have ever experienced. Needless to say it’s still not fixed
