Like the look

I bought this to replace my LG that finally died after so many problems. I like the no handle look but don't think it had tall people in mind. There should be door pockets on top of doors instead of just the bottom to open and especially close the doors. The draws have no handles and you have to bend way over to open. I prefer the previous models ice and water dispenser where I didn't have to change selections and the ice dispenser is very slow to drop ice.

The space inside the doors is large and holds all essential items to make for a more organized refrigerator. We have not had any repair items as of yet and the "look" is amazing in our new house.

A good Refrigerator

However, the temperature adjustments are just approximate. The actual inside temperatures in the freezer and refrigerator sections in the refrigerator we received are always about 2 to 3 degrees colder than the settings. Great refrigerator

A nice refrigerator with a few caveats.

This was purchased as a replacement for a 17 year old refrigerator of another brand. I guess a lot has changed in 17 years. It has taken a bit of adjustment which, fortunately includes extra storage space, which we appreciate. The ice maker has a smaller capacity than we are used to, but it is sufficient. The in-door water/ice dispenser works well, but it would have been nice to have a better drip catcher. One thing that bothers me is the design of the power cord attachment to the unit. It ...

Quiet!

Unreliable and poor LG service

After buying this refrigerator the ice maker stopped working within the first year. While it is still under the manufacture guarantee I’m now going on over a month without repair for what seems to be primarily a lack of technicians in my area. So a product that would maybe be 4 stars drops to 3 for product reliability and down to 2 for abysmal support under warranty.

Hard to find!

I am so happy with my new refrigerator. It is a nice looking, functional, and white. I prefer white appliances but they are not easy to find, White looks clean to me. The two types of ice in the door dispenser are small cubes and crushed, along with purified water. To access, you press the "select" word and stop on the pictured item that you want. The two refrigerator drawers have a lip on the bottom-front of the drawer which is different from the usual drawers. I think I like it better. The...

Nice but would not purchase again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the refrigerator about 2 weeks ago. It runs great but I don’t like where they put the crisper, down towards the bottom and no area for the butter. Never paid attention before purchasing.

My fridger

We have had fridge for about a month it has a good appeal to it with the design. The fridge offers a lot of space in both the freezer and fridge sides.. The change design of the ice maker was smart the old design that was on the top portion of the freezer took up a lot of room now the design is on the inside top portion of the door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I 💕 LOVE this refrigerator but with a thought for improvement: filling a glass w ice sounds like an avalanche! of ice falling (make ice shavings instead of big clumps); and produce, etc., drawers the upper drawer should extend out to meet, or almost, the bottom drawer, making drawer bigger. Other than these two suggestions, I am very happy with the refrigerator!
