Your installers are not competent

The installer didn't do the job properly. The left side of the side by side refrigerator was slightly higher This caused the doors to not seal properly leading to freezer frost We had it repaired by an LG serviceman

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Doesn’t keep food fresh! It was missing a filter and I’ve call several times with the promise a replacement filter was being mailed about 3 months ago. The food just keeps spoiling! Worst decision ever! LG has yet to make it right!

No egg tray holder and cubes of ice are small

Love the size. Can fit so much on the shelves.

I Bought It and Would Buy It Again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fantastic refrigerator, fantastic freezer. Both do an excellnt job in raising the temperature of new purchases and maintaining the temperature of the stored items. The most disappointing feature is the constant level of noise emitted throughout the process of making and replacing ice cubes. I suspect that there is little insulation around that part of the freezer. Otherwise, this is an excellent appliance.

Inside drawers should have handle on top not bott.

Like overall, just a few ticks I am not a fan of.

We have only had for a few weeks, but so far so good overall. We love how roomy it is and like the large shelving in the door. After having a worn out fridge, this is amazing. Some features that I may deem unsuitable now may just take getting used to after having the same style for so many years. Like not having dedicated space for the eggs. Great Refrigerator

Love this fridge, We've had it for almost 2 years now; the ice and water have never had an issue and it looks amazing.

So much room! Great sleek looking fridge.

I’ve had this fridge for a bit now and really like almost everything about it. Here are the main great points: -The water dispenser is large so fits a big Stanley or Yeti cup. -There is SO much room in both the fridge and freezer. I haven’t had a side by side before but the additional freezer room means we don’t have to buy an extra freezer. -Because it’s a side by side, you can see everything in the fridge. Great Fridge

Mostly great

I have enjoyed my LG refrigerator. It is large enough to hold everything I need. One bad thing is that the dispenser to the ice maker has frozen up 3 times. They are going to replace the seal and that should take care of it. They also need to inform you that the plug for the refrigerator is on the top of the fridge. My fridge has to sit farther from the wall than I would prefer because it won’t slide under my cabinet.

Great Refrigerator

My old refrigerator gave out. I needed a new one. Which one to buy? Oh my - so many to choose from. I flew the measurements of the opening in the wall so I start with that. I searched on line I found that I had a 27 cu ft refrigerator. Now I could narrow my search to brand. Again so many to choose from. I wanted a brand I knew I could trust and was reliable. I found it! A LG!,, it is everything I wanted and needed in a new refrigerator!

I like that I can see inside well lit.

Number one; it makes good ice and the amount meets our needs which is above average as we live in the Carribean and use alot throuhout the day. Better quality and quanity than the much more expensive refridgerator that we replaced. Surface stays very clean, any fingerprints are easily removed with a gentle wipe.
