Would Not RecommendI would give this a zero star if I could. I purchased this and both Lowe's and LG have been horrible to deal with. The drying cycle would not complete since it was first installed. We contacted Lowe's multiple times and they sent out install team multiple times to check that it was set up correctly...it was not fixed both times. Since the issue continued after the second install team can out, we wanted to return it, but Lowe's said it was beyond the window to return. We are now working with...

Would RecommendThis unit is highly powerful (using DirectDrive technology for washer), efficient, and quiet. It really surprised me at how durable and solid it is re: quality. LG did a fantastic job at designing this WashTower. I would buy this again and again and again...but it's such a good product, I may not have to.

I've had this washtower for two weeks and like it. It replaced a full sized Whirlpool washer and driver that stacked in a closet under a stair well. This LG washtower is the same full size for washer and driver portions but is about 2 inches narrower and a bit shorter in height. I like being able to store some light supplies on the top and on the floor in front of the unit. Operation of the unit is not straightforward, so you'll want to read the owner's manual. Would Not RecommendThe product is fine, it’s the delivery that was a nightmare. When I met the two delivery men at my front door they declared they were not able to carry the unit upstairs to my 2nd floor condo. They eventually got the unit upstairs without any issues, put it in my living room. Then they stated they could not connect the gas dryer because of a gas leak, I should have it repaired and they would come back to finish install.
