Great stove

I bought this a month ago and have been pleasantly surprised at how well is cooks. Love the controls in front. No more burning myself reaching over pots to turn off the controls. Appreciate the lack feature on the front controls because it is so easy to turn them on accidently. Keeps toddlers from turning 9n the controls when you are not looking.

Features galore!

I love that I can start heating the oven remotely...without even getting out of bed! It has a proofing feature that is fool "proof" for baking bread! It self-cleans without that weird smell and it even alerts me when it's time to clean! I haven't used all the features yet but believe me, it has turned my kitchen into a professional baking facility.

I love my new range. The remote features is convenient. I can start my oven from another room and it lets me know when it is finished with the preheat.

Good customer service

We bought in July 2022, took delivery September 2022 and did move into the house end of January 2023; long story short l, the two left burners stopped working in august of 2023 - less than a years use and hardly used at that! But they do have great customer service

It has great features

These appliances include Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Electric Smooth Top Range and few televisions. The LG Range that I purchased, replaced the older LG Range. From the standpoint of technology, I like the advanced features; however, the smooth top surface of this new range leaves spots that are harder to clean. This design needs to be improved for future models.

as a person who loves to cook , and moved into a new home with an electric oven, this thing has ruined my experience. waking up to make breakfast was a quick and snappy ritual with my old trusty fire grill, this thing needs to be beeped, and clicked, and set and it makes no noise, and it has NO actual heat differences, it just has HIGH- and anything less than that (8-7-6-5 etc ) means it just turns itself on and off. meaning it either burns the tomatoe's i'm trying to fry or does nothing. Ignore the negative reviews, this thing is sweet!

Bought this awhile back through my local appliance store and had to wait a bit for it to come in but boy was it worth it. I've seen a few negative reviews about heating times and such and I don't know what you're doing wrong but this baby boils water incredibly fast. Looks great, matches our LG fridge perfectly and we couldn't be happier. We're secretly hoping the dishwasher goes out so we can upgrade to an LG there too!

oven did not heat

I ordered a range and when I received it and plugged it in, the oven would not heat. The error message (f9) indicated the heat was not working for the oven. I tried multiple times to speak to customer service for DAYS. Finally I spoke to Adam, a supervisor, and he was very kind, empathetic and was able to refund and order a new one. I'm waiting on the new one now. Customer service horrible until I reached Adam. He was great!
