Unsafe Unit

We purchased this range Sep 23, delivered on 9 Oct 23. Two days ago our front right burner upon turning on had a loud "pop" sound and a spark came out of the side top. Now that burner only stays high heat regardless of the knob setting. We've been in contact with LG via their FB page expecting routine troubleshooting and after numerous back and forth responses (have you checked the knob settings, are your pans flat, etc.) are being told a house call may be in order but the unit is past its warra...

Sleep design with nice knobs and control panel

This oven had a Sleek design with fancy knobs. It’s glass top with control panel on the front rather than back. Easy to keep clean. I use Norwex paste on the glass top and soapy water everywhere else. I will add that the easy clean option was not very successful when I used it. Also the air fryer function is not as effective as I’d hope. I rarely use it and I love air fryers.

Dissatisfied

I am very disappointed with this range. There are some safety features lacking. The control dials are easily turned on just by accidentally bumping them. The dial settings are difficult to see and the screen for the features is very difficult to read. Requires a lot of light to be able to use. I regret this purchase.

The worst applicance experience with a company.

All of my appliances are by LG. The brand new refrigerator freezer, the stove, the microwave, and the dishwasher have some sort of problem. I have had my appliances two years February March and April 2022. It is sad that you produce things that don’t last two years, and then I have to come out of my pocket because it’s past a one year warranty on the appliances that I have to pay to have someone come and fix them which is not right. I can’t even cook on my stove because the elements are too hot ...

buyer beware - inconvenient, dangerous and dumb

I got the oven and LG fridge at same time back in April 2024. I love the fridge.. I hate this oven. The controls are downright dangerous. I had seen a review about them by another but had already ordered it and thought it probably would be fine. I must lock out the controls by holding down the control button for about 5 seconds immediately after i have used the oven to cook. It's an incredible annoyance. features good knobs unreadable

Product seems to work okay. One major problem exists for both myself and wife. The knobs on the the black stainless model are unreadable in average light. the numbers on knob are not bright enough forcing us to bend over many times to ensure right heat range. The model we looked at in store was the 6333f pure stainless and these knobs are bright chrome with black numbers. this is what we expected for 80 year old eyes. hopefully we can get these knobs from LG.

Continual problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had trouble with multiple burners coming on when one burner is activated. Serviced twice, problem still exists. Also, oven is unable to be set to anything other than 350. This problem was fixed once and again appeared. Less than 3 years old.

Product looks slik

I was used to my old oven when you turn it on to low or medium or high it would take a long time But when you turn this And it gets hot quick.. I also like that it’s even with my countertops, and it shows my backsplash in the kitchen since I upgraded my whole kitchen.

disappointing performance -basic unit

Oven is slow to heat up- convection is questionable- it’s not going to speed up any cooking times as some convections do. There is no live temp feed-back on oven. You have idea where warm up is or what the temp is other than blindly accepting your set temp (that’s lame for trying to preload items when oven is reaching desired temp). Low quality products from LG

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven range is about a year old. Already the front Left burner doesn't adjust and stays on high. The left rear burner has fallen down and now sitting at a 45 degree angle. Called LG and they don't want to take care of the issues. Recommend another brand.

Thee burner knobs are so sensitive that if you reach over the oven to get to a cabinet door the burner comes on. Very dangerous.

Fire Hazard

Bought this in 2022. Worked great until yesterday 5/23/24. The stove turned on by itself and wouldn't turn off. Thank god we were home or else my house would of burned to the ground. So scary! Apparently there are other complaints regarding close calls. Not sure what to do or who to reach out for help.

Ok oven

Bought this a few months ago. Be careful of burners turning on if bumped.
