works great

This is the 2nd microwave we've bought - pretty much the same model. It works easy and we've been happy with it. The only down side is it only lasted 6 years (not 10 like the converter is rated). That being said it's a good unit and a decent price. My friend commented (hadn't really thought about it) on how nice it sounds going off - it does.

Not the usual LG quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’re on our second one in two years. The display panel is missing pixels and now the door opening panel is hanging by a thread…we found a tiny piece of plastic broken off.

Great features for everyday use!

I bought this microwave just over a month ago. It is working great! I really love that the settings for various heating (defrost, cooking and reheat) are listed right on the microwave when you open the door. No looking back at the manual when you have something you haven't done in a while. The gray inside is also very impressive. It's like looking into a stressless room. The outside controls are easy to use as well!

sleek and effecient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice micro. Very quiet and easy to operate. Just wish the light inside was brighter when the door is open. Also, would have liked a way to simply push the "1" for automatically cook for 1 minute. I could do that up to a six minute option on my former micro. Not a big deal, but, a nice convenience.

Short life span

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked well while it worked. Purchased my home in 2020. All the kitchen appliances were new including the LG LMC2075ST. No complaints until few weeks ago. It stopped working. We thought it was a tripped breaker. Flipped the breaker and power was restored to the microwave, temporarily. The moment you hit ‘start’ it shorts out and trips the breaker again. Replaced the breaker still happened. Plugged microwave into another outlet. Still shorts out...

Stopped Working 1yr-8mths

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Microwave stopped heating only after 1 yr and 8 months. Up until then it worked well. I purchased another one because it was inexpensive and matched my cabinet cutout / frame already installed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my microwave august 2022 and last week it just stopped working. Of course now it’s out of warranty. Have had electrician check breaker and plug and all getting power. So disappointed since it was recommended by several people. I’m hoping you might have insight as to why it would have stopped working. And with service call and possibly parts it’s hardly work fixing.

Worked great for about 9 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked this microwave until a couple of months ago when it started making strange squealing noises. Noises quit and now it does not heat as fast as it did. Takes about twice as long as it used to for heating a large cup of coffee. Just checked warranty and it expired 4 days ago. It is in a house that is only used about 1/2 of the time by 2 people. Obviously not a quality product. Should have checked on warranty several months ago....

Nice appearance, but annoying musical tune

Likes: sleek, simple appearance - really looks nice. Good price. Works great. Dislikes: Plays a fairly long tune, rather than a simple beep, every time heating or timing is done. I use the microwave several times a day, and hearing that tune over and over and over multiple times a day is driving me crazy - especially when the tune gets stuck in my head. Please, come up with a way for customers to de-program the tune and go back to a short, simple beep!

Great back up for an oven!

Over the counter microwave, so happy I got this size! You can stack 2 plates to heat at the same time or a large size pot to cook. Has lots of power and warms up Quick!
