Lots of great things to say, but…

I bought this appliance new in 2019 for a full kitchen renovation and have been very happy with it until recently in 2023 when the door started sticking (a small annoyance) and then the magnetron failed (a major breakdown). Large Fonts for Clear Visibility of Choices

We are well-pleased with the new LG Microwave! It has performed well thus far. This microwave has a large interior and soft chimes that is not annoying. the interior light is low, but being at eye level is helpful. The microwave fit our old trim kit, so that is great.

Not working after just 10 months

We bought this microwave last August 2022, and about a month ago we got an F3 error code and the microwave won't work unless you reset the breaker. We've contacted LG twice already and someone is supposed to setting up an appt to look at it, but it's been a month already and we've heard nothing. I wouldn't recommend unless you want to buy a new one every year.

Outstanding Microwave

Where do I even begin? I purchased a microwave a year or so ago, and it was a complete disaster. The light didn’t go on until the door was closed, so cleaning it was difficult with no light. In addition, I had to almost punch the controls to set time and start, and the list goes on. Fortunately, at least for me, it stopped working. After careful review, I chose the LG Neochef. This microwave is sleek and cleaning the outside is a breeze. Instead of annoying beeps, you hear pleasant tones....

Good but has some issues

Microwave works great but when it's ran for too long the door won't close until it cools down.

Easy to use

Very nice, not perfect

Fingerprints show so badly. Door opener always smudged, cannot wipe off easily.

Had it less than 6 months and it sparked while making grits. The spark caused a burn hole inside on the plate. So terrified I snatched it out of my manufactured home immediately!

Modern Features at a Great Price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This countertop microwave has the modern inverter technology, highest home wattage, and largest home capacity along with ease-of-use features and was very affordably priced. The only downside is that it doesn't have the turntable off/on feature, which we would have preferred, but very few companies make that feature now.

Way to use microwave with great features

I bought this microwave a few months ago to reps competitors brand that failed with two replacements. LG was the answer. Far superior and very effective.

Excellent design and functionality. Installation was easy and trim kit for perfectly. Trim kit was bit over priced but it did the job.

Wobbles on the counter

I bought this microwave last month and straight out of the box, it wobbles on the counter. It does not sit flat so I had to shim one corner to level the unit. I tried to make a service request ticket and after much frustration I just gave-up.

Lasted 3.5 years

For the price I thought this microwave would last longer than 3.5 years. Stopped heating entirely. Pretty sure it is the magnetron which has a 10 year warranty. I have to take it to an authorized service center and pay for labor to have it replaced. The cost would not be worth it. Also the door handle on this model sticks sometimes.

this product has all the features i wanted and was easy to use . I didn't have to read instructions on how to operate very user friendly not complicated.

Simple & Efficient

Had this microwave about a month and just what we needed. It's very simple to operate and works well. Not a great number of bells & whistles, but great value compared to many other models & brands.

Hurry up and wait

The unit worked well when it was working. It stopped working 10 months after my purchase and I have been waiting for a replacement ever since.

broke after 2.5 years

I really liked this microwave. Unfortunately it started making noises. I followed the troubleshooting guide. It will no long heat water. Disappointed that at this price point it only lasted a short time. Purchased August 2020, broke April 2023.

Great microwave

Does everything a microwave should do with ease. We even like the little song it plays when something is ready! Ample size for all kinds of dishes.Be aware that black stainless does get fingerprints & needs a lot if wiping down.

LG Microwave Unit

We just moved into our new home and the Microwave Unit is extremely powerful. The unit is performing well and we are pleased.
