Musical microwave

This was actually my second choice, and it should have been my first. I bought another brand first, which was defective from day one. That went back and this replaced it and I am glad. It runs great, is bigger, and to my husband's amusement, plays music when the timer goes off! Will this get him to want to cook????

Blows fuses if it gets over 8 min. of cooking time

I don't care for the new microwaves. When they blow a fuse, they need the clock redone to even operate. This one has a problem when cooking for over 8 minutes. The inside gets way to hot even when the surrounding areas are open for the vent. So if you heat a potato, if it makes it the full way, the minute you place a coffee mug in it next to microwave, the thing busts a fuse and stops. Light bulb doesn't work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good product till one year. I had this microwave for 13 months and the led light bulb stopped working. Not able to find the part in home department stores.

Door release button broke!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The door release button broke within 2 years and is unable to be fixed. This seems to be a common problem as I look at other reviews, wish I had read them all before purchasing. Now I have a fully installed (with trim kit) microwave that is non-functioning and I really don't want to deal with spending hundreds on a new one and also on the entire installation process again.

easy to use microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this several months ago and I have been so glad I did. It is a big microwave and handles all sizes of dishes. It is easy to clean. It is easy to use and I love the beep it makes when the countdown is done. I highly recommend this microwave. Because it is big, make sure you have the countertop space for it.

LCD digits disappear rather soon!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this model since 2019 and though it continues to work ok, we lost mutiple LCD digits on the control panel within two years of owning and can barely tell the time anymore.

It seems to get the food hotter than my old one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this a couple of weeks ago. I like it but I am having a problem with it moving on the counter when I try to open it. It is also sort of hard to open.

We like it a lot. The only drawback is that when closing it makes a loud sound.

It’s OK- Keypad sucks

Bought this based on size and name brand. Overall is a decent unit with only problem of keypad - you really have to pressed hard on it to have it read input but does job well cooking or heat food or contents.

Fits perfectly!

Our microwave quit working on Christmas Eve. I had to research a specific size due to the microwave was to fit in a built in area. I love the larger inside, the reheat sensor button and the ease of use. The stainless steel and black glass, however do show every fingerprint. Still I am very pleased

I purchased this microwave about a month ago and so far we love it. It has sensored cooking, which is awesome. I even like the chime it makes when your food is done etc. I will update review in a few months

Cleaning is very easy.

We bought this in late November and have been very pleased with the performance and easy cleaning of the unit. It took some miner retraining to use as our old microwave ran for 60 seconds with one push of the start button and to get 60 seconds run time on this on you have to push start twice or it defaults to its 30 seconds timer.
