Space Aged!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's so space-aged that it seemed a little intimidating at first, but I love this washer now that I've used it a few times. The smart phone link works well, and is unobtrusive--just a push notification when a load is finished, in case you didn't hear the charming little tune the washer plays when finished. I like listening to the washer use *just* the right amount of water, the sprayers turning on and off until the load's just right, too.

Good Dryer - missing some important features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this Dryer as a result of reading very good review in Consumer Reports. It has a good set of features, and dries clothes well. After a month of use, it is clear that the Dryer needs (a) a louder cycle complete signal (or an volume adjustment ability), and (b) a signal for the end of each tumbling cycle of the permanent press cycle.

I bought a second.

The washer can be a little loud - especially when filling with water - but placement of my machines make this not a major issue - but if you are placing this somewhere near your living room, etc - you may want to consider this. I loved the machine so much that I bought a second set for my second home.

The capacity of the machine is higher than my old machine and it dries clothes as expected. Also it very quiet, which is nice for the room behind our laundry room. Very happy with this machine.

It saves energy, is quiet, and has multiple choices for drying various material. I can hear the musical chime when it's done from the front room.

Does not dry

I bought my dryer March 24,2022 I have had the repair people out here 3 times and it still doesn’t dry all the way. Another repairman is scheduled for Friday. How many yimes do they have to try and fix this. In the mean time I am without a dryer. What about the lemon law. This will be the third time I am not at all happy with this product and certainly would not recommend it to anyone.

Great dryer- when working!

Sometimes isn’t dry and buttons don’t line up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this for about a month and a half. The buttons don’t line up to the lines/cycles like the washer does so it’s hard to tell what cycle you are selecting. Often the wash isn’t dry despite it saying it’s done. Seems like the features in the app don’t match the cycles on the dryer and the app is difficult to use. Looks pretty though.
