Bought this model to replace my previous LG dryer, and it works very similarly. I especially like the Towels setting, which the old model didn’t have. Not crazy about the black door - it has an odd appearance. And occasionally I need to add time to get a load fully dry. Otherwise, great purchase. (I haven’t used the app, and don’t see the need for the WiFi connection.)

Not happy with dryer.
Purchased the washer & dryer 4 months ago. Washer works ok but the dryer does not dry clothes or towels all the way. Because they are not dried all the way they come out wrinkled. Dryer started making a loud noise & it took 3 weeks to get someone to look at it & was somewhat fixed it still makes a noise but not as long.

Nice dryer
We are loving how customizable each load is AND I am newly obsessed with the smart feature and being able to set loads on my phone, seeing how much time is left, and get alerts when the load has finished. This dryer is nice and quiet and it gets the job done!

WiFi Dryer
We've had this dryer about a month. So far no problems. It's quiet and does a good job. I'd like to be able to default to a certain drying setting, but it's not hard to set each time before drying.

Very happy with the process
We installed a new washer and dryer May of 2022. Last week the dryer failed to turn on. I contacted support and was responded to promptly. My technician communicated very well thorough the process and even had the part on the truck the day of the repair.

Better than expected
Our dryer had quit so long ago that I had forgotten how wonderful having one is. Wonderfully, being able to adjust the temperature setting is easy & I can keep colors from fading, while still getting everything dry in under an hour. No longer have an ugly annoying loud buzzer going off, but my phone gets a nice notification. Much better.

Dryer Works Well
This dryer does a great job drying clothes from my new LG washer. It's quiet and efficient. Love how the 2 machines work so well together. Great looking and nice quality. My only criticism is the annotations related to the various controls are hard to read for a short person like me when the dryer is stacked on top of the washer, like I have it.

Guess it’s energy efficient
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago, when the burner kicks on it sounds like a blow torch, had lg come out and look at it and they said that’s how it’s supposed to sound. I replaced a dryer from the 90s that used to dry a load in an hour this dryer takes 90mins and the clothes are still damp. I would choose any other brand if you want your clothes dry and not have a dryer that sounds like a flame thrower.

Dryer works well
Dryer works well, and has a variety of settings. But just a few things would improve it 1. Can't seem to adjust the settings, but making a setting hotter or cooler. 2. Lint trap is not designed well. Why make it harder to clean the screen by having nooks and cranies? My previous dryer had one continuous screen. 3. Can't connect to my wifi. My computer connects to the internet in proximity to the dryer. Yet app doesn't want to connect.

Two weeks of consistent use.
