Amazingly smart!

The first thing it found the vant conduct was totally clogged. Had no idea. The previous unit had no smarts. Had to call a service to clean up the vent. The basic cycles are perfect for most loads. I love the fact that is allows very large loads. It is also very quiet and the WiFi notification are fabulous. We liked it so much, in Black Friday we ...

Great gas dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got it less than two weeks ago and it actually reported an issue with the vent. It turns out our vent never worked for thr past 10 years. We were able to clean the vent and get fabulous times for drying. Setting up the iOS app and Alexa was easy and it works! It is clear why this unit is at the top of the Consumer Reports list of recommended gas dryers: it is the best.

Takes too long to dry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't know, I got the dryer vent cleaned, but it still takes too long for the clothes to dry. The only thing better than spending over 2k on a new washer / dryer, is getting to hear complaints about it every day. yay

Worked great for three months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our dryer 3-4 months ago because many friends recommend it. After only a few months it would stop after a few minutes and it didn’t matter what cycle you would put on. The warrenty peole came in and said you have a block in the your vent( in our brans new house) that wasn’t true, with only a little lent in the back of the dryer, it kept stopping it from working, it either needs an additional filter or they didn’t install it right. ...

Nice features and drys everything fast

Terrible

Dryer broke down after 5months of use. It has been over 3weeks now. One serviceman replaced 2 parts-it did not work after he left. Another serviceman ordered another part and looks like he is not comming back for another week! So it takes more than a month and almost half of the machine parts to be replaced in order for it to work again!

Great Washer/Dryer
