I purchased this 2nd hand from someone who purchased in August, 2024. Overall the features on this dryer and the interface are easy to use. Very easy to set up and operate. However, the paint quality is TERRIBLE. This dryer has not been used all that much and h paint is peeling from around the door. Saw several complaints on this matter as wel as the door seeling issue. For as expensive as this dryer is full price, this is hugely unacceptable!

Would Not RecommendThis dryer does not dry clothes, even if you manually set it to the driest dry setting available. It also leaks and leaves nasty streaks on the front of the unit and the bottom part of the gasket always has lint caked onto it. This is the worst dryer I've ever used. Very disappointed.

I replaced a very old dryer with this top of the line machine. There is no comparison. My towels come out fluffy instead of like scratchy boards. I love the numerous options.

Fabulous dryer! Just two small nits
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer does an amazing job and there are soooo many options to ensure your clothes get the right drying temp, etc. that they need. Connected to wi-fi - just haven't used that yet. Two small issues - (1) our lint sensor is crazy sensitive. Just had the ducts cleaned yet it constantly gives us a warning that our ducts are almost blocked. (2) the vent in the back started rusting within 3 months!!! Dryer vents can rust but not usually this fast....

Fantastic dryer I have been using LG products for the last 15 years and they have yet to disappoint. When I was looking for appliances for my new house I started looking at LG and some of the reviews had me on the fence with this dryer but I went for it anyway and I'm glad I did the AI drying works great and my wife loves the steam option.
